Why should I report an Issue with My Dictionary - polyglot?

1. It would be perfect if we could add multiple languages translation.Actually a good app for learning words, but notifications are not working, so you cannot schedule repeationg.

2. Update: Rechecked notifications settings on my Galaxy S21 and wife's Galaxy S22 Ultra, notifications for this app are permanently disabled and cannot be re-enabled for some reasonI like that l can search for an image for a word.

3. As I said, a bit awkward.App was working really good for a while, and then the notifications were just stopped coming... I thought it was problem of my phone, but no, as I see, some people also get this problem.

7. My only criticism is that it is a bit awkward to add the gender to a French noun.

1. Fix My Dictionary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Dictionary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Dictionary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Dictionary" » Open My Dictionary - polyglot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Dictionary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Dictionary - polyglot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Dictionary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Dictionary - polyglot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Dictionary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Dictionary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Dictionary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Dictionary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Dictionary not working

2. Fix My Dictionary Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Dictionary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Dictionary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Dictionary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
