1. Restart Video to MP3: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video to MP3 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video to MP3" » Open Video to MP3 - Video to Audio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video to MP3 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video to MP3 - Video to Audio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video to MP3 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video to MP3 - Video to Audio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
