1. 🤔As soon as you open the app and play through chrome cast it only play two songs and then starts buffering ..simply junk..Do you guys not realize that you are offering this app on other platforms besides a smartphones? On my Vizio smart TV the only way to change stations is to exit the whole app and go back in it.... thats literally stupid.... Fix it...Be nice if chromecast would work.

4. Maybe they can use the $5 to hire another software engineer to figure out linking billing to accounts.This is exactly what I've been wishing for! The ability to watch a multu-genre mix of 80s only music videos, just like back in the day, of the last great decade for pop culture, the 1980s.

5. Good mix though - Wham, Journey, Rick Springfield, Paul Simon, Run Dmc, Whitney Houston, Duran Duran, Michael Jackson, The Clash, Miami Sound Machine, Eurythmics, Diana Ross, etc....Not perfect, but getting there.

6. After a month of having the box and playing it 9 hours a day I was told (via text) I could make money with it but have to use it longer? When I texted back, I was told I had to configure my settings to communicate via text? Whoever runs Loop has no idea what they're doing.

7. I also have 11 hours of music and even on shuffle it plays the SAME songs every day.Paid the subscription and it never allowed me to use it on my fire tv.

8. I try to play and artist or radio to the chromecast, and it plays a completely random choice.

1. Fix Loop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Loop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Loop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Loop" » Open Loop » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Loop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Loop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Loop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Loop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Loop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Loop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Loop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Loop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Loop not working

2. Fix Loop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Loop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Loop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Loop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
