10. It's great.I usually give good reviews but I signed up for that federal program cause I'm disabled and there still charging me for reg service they also said I signed up for a premium service which I never did when I try to call they never answer there phone.
11. If calling with a technical question, issue with my phone or service, I get my issue or questions resolved & answered promptly with professionalism.
