It guides you through patiently.Would be nice if it actually worked, my daughter has been wanting to play this for a while now, so i downloaded it and all it does is give us a sound with a blank screen, all her other apps and games work fine on her tablet so its not something wrong with the tablet.my daughter is doing 3rd grade level abc mouse in 1st grade and it is still easy for her most of the times.

2. I feel that if there was a way to reset progress it would do a better assessment of her current math skills.I downloaded it on to my phone and it will not allow him to decorate his room or hamster cage with tickets he is earning.

1. Restart ABCmouse Mastering Math: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ABCmouse Mastering Math App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ABCmouse Mastering Math" » Open ABCmouse Mastering Math » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ABCmouse Mastering Math » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ABCmouse Mastering Math app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ABCmouse Mastering Math servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ABCmouse Mastering Math" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ABCmouse Mastering Math app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ABCmouse Mastering Math might not work.
