Why should I report an Issue with Menhera-chan - WhatsApp Stickers?

1. i highly recommend downloading this appWell, it's really cute, but this is the only way you guys will notice it, so, could you please make another app/ another packs with the same stickers but being a boy instead of a girl, plz? ( if you do I'll delete this comment and make a 5 star one)OMG I'M SO SHOOK!! I added all stickers and no ADD APPEARED at all!! + stickers are so cute and awesome omg 10/10 ♡cute stickers, lots of different stickers of menhera-chan to choose from, glad that I've downloaded this appthese are soooooo cute so I downloaded & activated the packs I wanted within the app, but it won't show up on my WhatsApp:/lotta memory used for a lotta junk, and for spyware to run in your phone's background.

2. Since I wont be using these stickers often I might as well free some space on my phone.Totally useful, cute and dunno it's so cool haha I want a pack with the guy who shows in some of the stickers so I can match with my girlfriend, loved them, she loved them too.

1. Fix Menhera-chan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Menhera-chan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Menhera-chan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Menhera-chan" » Open Menhera-chan - WhatsApp Stickers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Menhera-chan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Menhera-chan - WhatsApp Stickers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Menhera-chan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Menhera-chan - WhatsApp Stickers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Menhera-chan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Menhera-chan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Menhera-chan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Menhera-chan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Menhera-chan not working

2. Fix Menhera-chan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Menhera-chan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Menhera-chan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Menhera-chan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
