Why should I report an Issue with WAStickers - ShinChan Tamil Stickers?

1. But slow loading... Iam waiting for 15 min... But not showing any ads.This app is irritating me ,because I have full tower to access this app ,but this app says ,'check your internet connection' this is the worst app ,I have ever seen.This is the worst app because if I want to add to what's app it want to see ads or premium the other app are like this only but ads is very slow the is not comingWhen I click on watch ad and get stickers it just keeps loading and if I give subscribe shows "the required item not found" I couldn't add any stickersI am using the stickers it's realy funny.but updated version is very poor👎bug report to mi for analysis? and updated version is not opened so fix that problem.Only 1 package available, others all tagged by premium.

2. Want to see ad for premium package but ad are not load anymore... One day are wasted completelyThis app is irritating me more, when I install this app my tower full but it's says, "check your internet connections".... so I uninstalled it...App is very nice but I can't download the stickers.because it is asking premium pack.if we give ad,it is loading for many time.

1. Fix WAStickers Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WAStickers: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WAStickers App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WAStickers" » Open WAStickers - ShinChan Tamil Stickers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WAStickers » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WAStickers - ShinChan Tamil Stickers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WAStickers servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WAStickers - ShinChan Tamil Stickers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WAStickers app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WAStickers might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WAStickers. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WAStickers then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WAStickers not working

2. Fix WAStickers Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WAStickers be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WAStickers not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WAStickers may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
