1. Cheap data and a weak connection, we use as it's cheap, but highly annoying.I've been using this for a few months, and now it's not working properly, connction is too slow, always convert to 3g, and the wrost thing is connection breaks every second.. Waste of time and money.

2. Since we expreince power cuts in this country all the time be ready to pay for Etisalat and another service provider for data for whenever Etisalat is not working which is always.This app is great with in city limits only.

3. Overall the app was great but the mobile data connection is super unstable.

4. I recommend to switch to a service provider who provides a proper network connection.

5. The data is super slow and literally can't even send a WhatsApp message on time.

6. When you are peacefully watching a video or something all of a sudden you get an unstable signal and you will have to turn off the mobile data and wait for 30 seconds and turn it back on.

7. What's the use in using an unlimited data in a slow network.

8. I've been holding on to this sim for months hoping the errors would be resolved & services would be better, but now I've had it and I'm terminating the connection.

1. Fix cliQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart cliQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the cliQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "cliQ" » Open cliQ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for cliQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear cliQ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from cliQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "cliQ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check cliQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, cliQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall cliQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall cliQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing cliQ not working

2. Fix cliQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make cliQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to cliQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, cliQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
