Why should I report an Issue with Color by Numbers - Anime & Manga?

1. But other than that it's great! I really enjoy it!Cute but basically a copy of Anime Paint 1+2 by ZoneK, this was actually advertised as the "third game" so I thought I'd enjoy it like the others but there are basically the exact same pictures from the 1st + 2nd games! There's also WAY too many ads, you get one when opening a picture, exiting a picture, and to unlock pictures! I found a way around the ads so here's a small tip, if you've unlocked all the pics already be sure to turn off your WiFi so you're not constantly bombarded by ads!It's an ok app.

2. My last suggestion is that there be characters from more commonly known animes like Hunter X Hunter, Fairy Tale, MHA, etc.Very badly done..... I thought it would of been better, and like the other people who have made a review, I heavily agree, the art work itself is already half done and the line work is very sloopy and the overall image is bad! You also need to watch a ad the get on to the colour the image and to get out of it, and when wanting more pictures to colour to also Need to watch ads.

3. overall though, it was really great, and I loved it.I love this game! It's perfect for passing time and coloring adorable anime pictures.

4. I gave 4 stars because I think that a "gallery" function should be added so people can see the pictures they have finished and/or started on instead of scrolling through packs to find them.

5. There is an ad almost every time I finish a picture, and there is the normal watch an ad to unlock for some pictures.

6. It just feels messy and unpolished.This is a lovely game with lots of different choices and pictures to colour in.

7. the only issue I had was that it closed out randomly if I tried to open an unfinished picture, and the videos never unlocked the pictures.

8. Number two: half the drawing is alway completed and I don't know why! This is still a lovely game.This coloring app is a great time killer.

10. It's horrible to the art owners for the bits not taken striaght from the anime.I love the watercolor style to each of the finished images, but I would like some variation in the finished images.

11. On a similar note all the pictures should be unlocked, you shouldn't have to watch ads for them.

1. Fix Color Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Color: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Color App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Color" » Open Color by Numbers - Anime & Manga » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Color » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Color by Numbers - Anime & Manga app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Color servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Color by Numbers - Anime & Manga" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Color app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Color might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Color. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Color then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Color not working

2. Fix Color Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Color be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Color not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Color may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
