You put an ad right where the continue button with over 30 questions if your even.a centimeter off of continue you hit that ad and when you go back you have to start overtime d9nr it six times my son 4 each time cause your tired from so many questions your tap is inaccurate and we've hit it each time .I'm done .move your ad or make it save automatically if they happen to click the ad.which it should do anyway .thanks for my aura right now its redIt was very long test but it paid off when I got results.

1. Fix Auratar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Auratar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Auratar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Auratar" » Open Auratar - Aura Colors Test » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Auratar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Auratar - Aura Colors Test app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Auratar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Auratar - Aura Colors Test" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Auratar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Auratar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Auratar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Auratar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Auratar not working

2. Fix Auratar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Auratar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Auratar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Auratar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
