Why should I report an Issue with Hacked? - have i been pwned??

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Marc Doerflinger to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. --> 1/either collection of accounts and PWDs or --> 2/ extremely fast search of the entered accts and is a little too fast to be believable.. and -->3/ how vast is the "database that's searched and the way it banks the info is a bit shady but I can be wrong..just questions about the uncertainty of the system is all..thanks ..Doesn't work, or I inaccurate: I've checked with other scanners, and this app says an email had no breaches, I checked with others from different companies Paid and Free, and they all had mostly the same breaches on this same email I used in this app.

2. I am curious if i was just fooled into giving out my information to random people.100% Accurate found no Breaches on My Credit Card Accounts No Breaches Found in My Bank Accounts,Face Book,Instagram,Twitter,Yahoo Mail,Google Mail, And 46 Apps That I Have different accounts usages not One Breach Found Not One.

3. I absolutely love this App.when I first checked a pass word for being breached , the answer was "yes" and told me to find any accounts that I used that pass word on and change it immediately.

4. Almost all of them have been compromised and one had been comp'ed a whopping 51 times!!! That's not counting the email address checker which found a bunch, too.As a regular Joe.

5. The app appears to have a message for me however I cannot get to it because after the little wheel spins for either of the 2 emails I need checked the app will go no further.

6. I'd just like to say (with knedropped body and welled up eyes) : Thank you for providing this app! I am given information I never even imagined existed, nor thought I would ever be able to obtain.

7. Now the app tells me every item I put in to checked, , " looks good".

8. well here I am the next day and had the app check that pass word to see if was breached, answer was" No.

9. So this is a huge fail because obviously coming up with no breaches while literally every other app does, is a negative for me.

11. Well how is breached NOW !!!!.; Just another example of BIG BROTHERThere is enough information to write concerned parties.

1. Fix Hacked? Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hacked?: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hacked? App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hacked?" » Open Hacked? - have i been pwned? » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hacked? » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hacked? - have i been pwned? app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hacked? servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hacked? - have i been pwned?" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hacked? app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hacked? might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hacked?. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hacked? then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hacked? not working

2. Fix Hacked? Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hacked? be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hacked? not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hacked? may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
