Why should I report an Issue with SingIt - Sing It Loud!?

1. And this problem still not yet fix although few months passed.It's embarrassing ... The music in this app is full of V.I.P.... so i suggest you guys to use starmaker app instead of this app... For every song I have to pay money that's why I don't like it ......,starmaker is the bestNice and I enjoy singing with it And I wish to learn more as to improve my skill in singing.

Think about it would you think a little kid who would not now better should be put in the place where any one can just go through the information that is provided by the app ,that this kid has just given pretty much all ther information away, to find the kids location/ which is something that apps don't need but still try to access.One problem : When I want to record with audio only, the music never loads.

3. What I meant is that by using this app to sing I hope that it will help me to improve my singing voice and I hope to learn more from it.

1. Fix SingIt Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SingIt: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SingIt App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SingIt" » Open SingIt - Sing It Loud! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SingIt » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SingIt - Sing It Loud! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SingIt servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SingIt - Sing It Loud!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SingIt app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SingIt might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SingIt. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SingIt then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SingIt not working

2. Fix SingIt Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SingIt be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SingIt not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SingIt may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
