Why should I report an Issue with SBS - On Air, VOD, Event?

1. Please consider us the English knowing viewers kindly and start showing English subtitles at the earliest.🙏 Waiting!!My recent phone runs SBS with no problem, and I am happy with the SBS free VOD service.

Additionally, the video player stops and exits when loading ads or after inactivity and returns to the main page - then you have to search for the program from the beginning all over again!😡waste app I have used,tried i sign in but they would not send the damn code, tried everything, tried to change my Gmail account but they keep saying invalid address.

3. It would be good if it was translatable to english also.. Thankyou for making this available free of cost even to the viewers overseas.It would have been good if there was an option to change the language To English.

5. For the english subscribers.. I dont think it's fair to rate this app poorly due to the fact that it doesn't have english subtitles.

6. The other stuff is great but just because of the subtitles thing I hate this app a lot and the ads r so disturbing they take a lot of time to skip , it even takes a lot of time to play the videoSorry not all of my review fit.

1. Fix SBS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SBS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SBS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SBS" » Open SBS - On Air, VOD, Event » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SBS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SBS - On Air, VOD, Event app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SBS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SBS - On Air, VOD, Event" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SBS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SBS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SBS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SBS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SBS not working

2. Fix SBS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SBS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SBS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SBS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
