1. Would be nice to be able to organise files with lists or select multiples files at once.Why does my phone keep sending me notifications when doing a file upload? Once would be great but it keeps sending them until the full upload is finished.

2. other than this, it works well to access files remotely.Will not upload from your sd card, regardless of setting permissions to do so.

3. Buffalo support will not support this app; they referred me to the email address of the app developer, stating "it's an app issue, the system works fine".unable to access from mobile and phone vibrates when uploading a file.

4. I see a benifit should this app function as planned but unfortunately a bit too flaky.You can acces your NAS but cannot see the complete name of your files nor download multiples files at once.

5. not much help in setting up nas drive on sky fibre or bt broadband and to access using a mobileThis app definitely has its uses for accessing the files on the NAS.

1. Fix WebAccess A Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WebAccess A: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WebAccess A App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WebAccess A" » Open WebAccess A » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WebAccess A » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WebAccess A app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WebAccess A servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WebAccess A" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WebAccess A app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WebAccess A might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WebAccess A. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WebAccess A then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WebAccess A not working


2. Fix WebAccess A Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WebAccess A be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WebAccess A not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WebAccess A may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
