1. This is first and last time to purchase a train ticket of your company.When you buy a ticket of a train already departed the app doesn't show you the delay, quite unfair to the customerVery simple and easy way to buy ticket with this app this is so good appExtremely slow and frustrating to use.

Seems like the sign up part and the login part have been implemented by two different persons / teams who didn't talk to each other.app seems fine, but not happy that there is almost no customer support, you can only call and talk which I'm pretty sure will cost a lot of money just to wait in the queue.

3. (Also travel packs are badly integrated)I just tried to buy a ticket through you application, I fill all the steps put the info of my credit card and i was wainting to get confirmation that i booked a ticket and that the payment is completed.

4. Really enjoyed the feature "Ready to go": as I arrived early for my trip, the app immediately suggest that I change my ticket to and earlier train for a symbolic price.

5. Bought a ticket and the train was cancelled back in April this year.

6. Instead i got info THAT THE BOOKING CANNOT BE FINALIZED...but i was charged 45euros for the ticket anyways.

7. The officer told I will receive a code for refund, no such thing happened and I wasn't able to file a request or complain before 30 days passed.

1. Fix Italo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Italo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Italo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Italo" » Open Italo: Italian Highspeed Train » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Italo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Italo: Italian Highspeed Train app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Italo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Italo: Italian Highspeed Train" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Italo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Italo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Italo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Italo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Italo not working

2. Fix Italo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Italo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Italo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Italo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
