Why should I report an Issue with Total?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I would like Total to add more cloud storage, but otherwise no real complaints.If i open the app and go to browser i can only type in the search bar and nowhere else..i cant scroll down in google,cant download music anymore,cant use a YouTube to mp3 converster anymore...absolutely nothing...bloody waste of my time,i suggest downloading a similar app as this one but one thats just a lil bit betterI purchased the premium license but I keep get ads all over the app.

This isn't worth it.I prefer the iOS version, and I would prefer the option to buy a fully equipped ad-free version to keep in my library without having to jump through all of the IAP hoops, but this is a great app and pretty much essential for anyone who uses multiple devices, especially if those devices include a mixture of desktop and mobile units with varying operating systems and storage options.

3. Video orientation: When launching full screen on a video the App turns a portrait video 90 degrees to landscape and then fails and goes back to default (small at top of screen).

4. Wont stay in fullscreen.Collects all kind of informations about one, if you don't buy the full version.

5. Waste of space.I have previously had the iphone version of your Total App, there are some bugs in the Android version that aren't in the iphone version.

6. Another issue i currently have is i cant sign into google, locking me out of some videos and songs i would otherwise have access to.Tried linking my Dropbox to get photos off of my old phone.

7. For starters if i pause a song for more than a couple minutes the app will refresh and i will not be able to continue until i go back into the app and select a video or song again.

8. The video should stay portrait and launch to fill the screen without rotating.

9. It's very simple to use and good as well.Keeps crashing and I can't get anything done when the page keeps coming up with errors.Great app with a couple issues.

10. I previously had the apple version a long time ago and have noticed a few issues that were not on that version of the app.

11. Export: When selecting a video to export, the option does nothing.

1. Fix Total Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Total: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Total App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Total" » Open Total » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Total » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Total app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Total servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Total" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Total app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Total might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Total. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Total then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Total not working

2. Fix Total Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Total be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Total not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Total may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
