1. Add a Total by Verizon International Plan and Connect globally faster than ever!.
2. Say good-bye to access numbers and hello to an easier way to make international calls with Total by Verizon! • Import your international phone numbers from your phonebook to the app and make a call. • After that, all you need to do is go on the app and make a call! • You can also dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number to connect you calls.
1. Unless you make a lot of international calls DON'T use this product! It's TOTAL GARBAGE.The Total Wireless customer service experience is a form of punishment no human should endure.
2. Run, don't walk away from Total's International App.We call South Africa, the app dials a number in New Jersey to connect internationally, only the number in the app is wrong and no way to correct it.
3. I pay $50 a month to be able to make international calls and paid $200+ for the phone, I am truly disappointed with the service.Pure garbage.
4. Calling Total Wireless technical help is no help.Lately the international calling is not working.
5. Then they say they will escalate the call but I never hear back from a supervisor! I'm about ready to end my account with them since I NEED to be able to call internationally!!Used this without problems, but last month put money on only used credit twice now I have no credit.
6. Doesn't accept numbers from address book (you get a message that says "This app is for international calls").
7. Downgrading the rating to one star. The phone number used for dialling in has now been unavailable for two weeks, and the developer contact for the app is also an invalid email address.
8. This renders the app pretty much useless and locks up my international call credit freshly topped up.
9. Nothing worked...so now total wireless has 20 dollars of my money for providing me with no service.
10. I just talked with support and they explained that my global calling expires at the end of the billing cycle (one month) even with auto renew.
11. So I use another calling plan with no issues, but still have 540 minutes I can't use with Total wireless.
