1. Unless you make a lot of international calls DON'T use this product! It's TOTAL GARBAGE.The Total Wireless customer service experience is a form of punishment no human should endure.

2. Run, don't walk away from Total's International App.We call South Africa, the app dials a number in New Jersey to connect internationally, only the number in the app is wrong and no way to correct it.

3. I pay $50 a month to be able to make international calls and paid $200+ for the phone, I am truly disappointed with the service.Pure garbage.

1. Fix Total International Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Total International: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Total International App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Total International" » Open Total International » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Total International » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Total International app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Total International servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Total International" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Total International app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Total International might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Total International. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Total International then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Total International not working

2. Fix Total International Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Total International be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Total International not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Total International may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
