Why should I report an Issue with RaspController?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. In future releases I would love to see the app temporarily disable predictive text and autocorrect features when using the ssh terminal as it is nice to have these features enabled when switching between other apps, but can be troublesome at the command line.Overall this app is great and the premium version is well worth the small price.

2. I don't have to terminal in, I don't have to switch inputs on my monitors or television, just pull up the app, and I can access multiple pieces of information on any one of my Pis, send commands, or power down or reboot the units.

3. very helpful to be able to reboot a frozen desktop from the phone!! the developer has taken great care to make ads as unobtrusive as possible and i think has done that fairly well.

4. Add option to explore the local mobile storage to exchange files between the mobile & remote host with option to copy, paste etc in between.

5. It does have a pdf output option (which is pretty handy) so it's not impossible to read the terminal output.

6. Add option for multiple task execution for group of selected commands.

7. They definitely make information easily accessible and allow easy control of my Pi, all wrapped up in a nice interface.

10. I have multiple Pis running in my house, and can control any one of them from my phone.

1. Fix RaspController Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RaspController: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RaspController App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RaspController" » Open RaspController » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RaspController » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RaspController app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RaspController servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RaspController" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RaspController app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RaspController might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RaspController. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RaspController then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RaspController not working

2. Fix RaspController Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RaspController be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RaspController not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RaspController may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
