I have tried three times to set up an account with inmate inbox so I can speak with my uncle. I have used three different emails and with every email it either tells me that my name is already in their system or that my email address is already been used or that my username has been used I have never been able to actually connect to inmate inbox in order to set up an account it has never let me. I need to speak with someone so I can delete all of the emails and information in there so that I can reset up one of these emails to be able to talk to my uncle .my phone today is in the shop so I can be contacted on my grandmother's phone at 215 398 2409 I left a message yesterday nobody got back to me, I'm hoping I get a phone call back today. this is very important to me and I'm very frustrated with this app. thank you

When I login or try to it keeps telling me that the user has blocked himself or has been blocked by management for illegal activities which he has not done either of those things and I can't circumvent the system and I can't login
