1. The InmateSales mobile app allows you to manage your InmateSales account and make deposits for products at certain facilities.

2. You can also schedule video sessions and send emails to these individuals where they are allowed at a facility.

3. Not all facilities support all products and services that we offer.

1. Plus if I'm out in town and not on wifi it says it needs internet??!!! Well jeez why am I paying for data for us I don't have internet? Get with it guysSeriously upset pd almost 100$ on 3 different ways for buddy to call and it won't even let me write an email so he knows and it jeeps kicking me back to the sign in page I'm really heated 9ver this someone needs to contact me 😒I'm trying to add money on this sight to speak to love one everything that could go wrong has why isnt your app people friendlyMy son is incarcerated.

I love the app is very easy to use and convenient when you have a loved one you get a surprise notice has been incarcerated and they have no access to a phone card or you don't have a full $10 for a phone card at the facility..the only thing I don't like is there is no way to go back into and look up the call log/historyThis app takes you're money and then says that you used it when in fact I didn't even get to used it not one .or even talk to my love ones at all haven't talked to him in over a month or not since I'm waiting to be approved... But who ever is doing it needs to fix it... If I could give this a zero I sure would.... Very upsetting....It has done it's job.

3. As soon as I click on the app I get the InmateSales words and logo for second and then it goes to a screen telling me, "This app needs internet to function please check your connection and refresh." I tried at least 5× EACH on perfect 5G service and then perfect home Wi-Fi.

4. And a whole different website to put money on books or to send them money.

5. So for that I thank there's guys.It's okay, but it does not ring when my Inmate calls and I always miss the calls.

6. Why am I missing the calls ? How can I make sure it rings and I can hear it.

7. This app makes it relatively easy to schedule your visitation time for your loved one.

8. And makes the whole process for your friend or loved one a little more bearable.

9. I have the recieve calls on this device checked or enabled on.

10. Can't even put money on messages on this one or send a postcard.

1. Fix InmateSales Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InmateSales: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InmateSales App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InmateSales" » Open InmateSales » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InmateSales » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InmateSales app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InmateSales servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InmateSales" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InmateSales app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InmateSales might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InmateSales. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InmateSales then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InmateSales not working

2. Fix InmateSales Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InmateSales be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InmateSales not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InmateSales may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
