Things like this is why I don't like using my card.This app allowed me to send letters and pictures to my father who is currently in prison by sending a text from my phone...I hadn't spoken to him in years but I came across this app and sent him my number in a text through the app and he called me a couple days later...I really appreciate this service totally worth itI love this service.

2. 3rd lettr attempt got a message I exceeded storage need to upgrade plan!!!! Noooooooooo thank youI'm trying to cancel, the pictures doesn't come out clear, my friend says he gets it in cursive.

3. I want my money back for the two months.This is a scam app and it doesn't even work.

4. SAD😭Absolutely ridiculous! I sent several "letters" and pictures with no response nor notification of inmate recieved.

5. They keep taking money out my account and it doesnt even work.

7. It takes weeks to get a response back from customer service.

8. Then the app keeps trying to take money out of my account and won't let me cancel services.

9. I wrote on the app itself on the 6th and no one wrote me back on how to cancel because the website shows I don't have a subscription when I know I do because I get the email.I am not one to give bad reviews.

10. It didn't work and my "loved one" did not get my message after 3 weeks.

11. Reached out to the company with no response to several messaged as well even though it shows you on the app they read the message.

1. Fix Inmate Communication Services Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Inmate Communication Services: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Inmate Communication Services App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Inmate Communication Services" » Open Inmate Communication Services » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Inmate Communication Services » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Inmate Communication Services app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Inmate Communication Services servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Inmate Communication Services" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Inmate Communication Services app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Inmate Communication Services might not work.
