Igot my order on the 22/12/2020 some items are too big for me even I bought the smallest size And I want to return them on the application it doesn't show that I had made an order on it witch is strange,shein app is a new but morereliableandprofessional, I sent many emails to their customer service on the same day to return the items, they told on the 3/1/2021 Aramex guy will come and collect them and now 2 weeks and still waitingWorst service ever!they sent a defective item, I had to incur charges to return it and one month later I still haven't received my refund! And after a million correspondence, their reply is to provide them with the order number to solve the issue quickly!It has a problem verifying card payments after entering otp's.

2. However, you cannot enjoy more than a coupon, meaning if u are offered a 20% discount, u cannot enjoy the free shipping hence you end up having less than 20% of course!! Shipping company ARAMEX is the worst everrrr.... however Voga use other shipping companies as well which is good.I was relying on this app for my purchases very easy to use and delivery is fast , but once faced with returning the small size of a product I suffered to get my money back , and with there option tabby I'm litterly begging for my amount to be refunded to me which not even one installment was returned ,along with the extra fee charged from my returned item , better to look for an app that really refunds u what you paid , very poor and disrespectful serviceBad start .. all promo codes don't work even those provided by the store itself.

3. Whenever I click on any item to expand it and then press back button, the page gets refreshed and start all the way from top instead of the place where I was looking at which makes the experience so frustrating.

4. I wish to get my order in time before i leave for vacation 😩The most important thing is honesty in terms of quality, availability and color.

1. Fix VogaCloset Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VogaCloset: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VogaCloset App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VogaCloset" » Open VogaCloset » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VogaCloset » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VogaCloset app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VogaCloset servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VogaCloset" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VogaCloset app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VogaCloset might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VogaCloset. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VogaCloset then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VogaCloset not working

2. Fix VogaCloset Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VogaCloset be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VogaCloset not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VogaCloset may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
