1. AND I EVEN HAVE A NOTE 9**UPDATE** UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED AND IT'S BACK TO WORKING PERFECT! TY UPDATED TO 5 STARS! I would rate 5 starts but all the sudden it started saying error occurred and won't do anything wont load and I don't see an update that I have to do or anything.

2. 😞I got really excited about this app and went and bought good headphones with a microphone but it keeps telling me my internet isn't strong enough to get the lyrics but I have high-speed Comcast internet with full bars and it keeps telling this.

3. I gave up and decided to log into my husband's account and it STILL wouldn't let me log in!!! This app it $hit and deserves 0 stars.

4. Jesus culture etc i cant sing other stuff than gosple please up date other song too.

5. I'll change if uninstalling worksNice app but cant find gosple song like hillsong, casting crowns.

7. It took 5 hours to get the app downloaded and when it finally DID download, it wouldn't let me make an account.

8. I click on a song and it says my net is too slow for lyrics and my net runs great.

9. So I can't even use this app I'm going to try to uninstall and reinstall I sent in big report but don't think I have heard anything back and I'm pretty sad cause this app was really amazing until now.

10. I tried to record a song and it wont even let me do that!! What's the point then???! AND I can't put up my own profile pic for the app.

1. Fix Cizoo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cizoo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cizoo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cizoo" » Open Cizoo - Sing Out Loud » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cizoo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cizoo - Sing Out Loud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cizoo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cizoo - Sing Out Loud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cizoo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cizoo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cizoo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cizoo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cizoo not working

2. Fix Cizoo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cizoo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cizoo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cizoo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
