Why should I report an Issue with Alafasy?

1. Alhamdulillah, I regularly listen through app.. And it is the best app ever I found in app store.. Last few days, Apps is not opening so I cannot memorise and listen my favourite voice, please help to look into this.. Also appreciate if you add option like AB loop so certain portion of audio can repeat..which help to memories..Loved the app.

3. Please try to fix it.Amazing, the reciter has a beautiful voice mashallah, not only that, but, there are also a range of numerous ways he's recited that specific surah your listening to.It always keeps crashing when I switch the night mode on.

4. but one thing about app that when I exit app it also turns off the nashid that I'm listening, i listen always while doing work or doing something.

1. Fix Alafasy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alafasy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alafasy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alafasy" » Open Alafasy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alafasy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alafasy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alafasy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alafasy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alafasy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alafasy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alafasy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alafasy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alafasy not working

2. Fix Alafasy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alafasy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alafasy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alafasy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
