Please solve this issue and make a new update.Today this app cannot play music =))) it's music app but no song played Secondly, this app's interface makes me feel uncomfortable when using: cannot change the priority of the song, make my own playlist, it constantly makes the playlist I'm listening disappear ... also, it has too many long ads popup after a song.

2. This interrupts the enjoyment of music, and it makes me feel a bit annoyed when I listen to commercials in the middle like that... Hope the Ad takes noticeable of this.

1. Fix NCT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NCT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NCT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NCT" » Open NCT - NhacCuaTui Nghe MP3 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NCT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NCT - NhacCuaTui Nghe MP3 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NCT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NCT - NhacCuaTui Nghe MP3" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NCT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NCT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NCT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NCT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NCT not working

2. Fix NCT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NCT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NCT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NCT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
