1. Complete a total of 5 trials to get a final average of your reaction time. No lifting early!
2. Measure your reaction time to the nearest millisecond.
3. To begin, press and hold your finger to the screen.
4. When the screen turns green, lift your finger up as fast as you can.
5. A novel hold-and-release system combined with trials is used.
6. Lifting early causes your current run to be reset.
1. Tapping is a more natural reaction than lifting away. This is perfect! It is is a fast simple way to test your reaction time and gives you an average of five trials. This is a very simple tool, which is exactly what I wanted.
2. That's an eternity when trying to measure fractions of a second.Good app to count your's reaction time.
3. Fairly good, but other apps give you more tests which increase your focus and attention.Great app, only gripe I have is the random super long 15s wait time.
4. So, I didn't actually learn anything. It's good reaction time test app.
5. But however reaction time can be measured in many other ways.
6. Suggest adding a beep to test auditory response time too.I like the concept.
7. Technically it should measure reaction times more accurately than some other methods out there.
8. Not an ad in sight- even better! The only problem is that I had a specific reason for needing this tool and there are no guidelines to tell you what is average, above average, etc.
9. 5 starsRather than asking to lift the finger on color change you should ask to tap the screen on color change.
10. And anyone can score under 500 ms response time.
11. But the test screen is just too littered with unecessary texts, its too distracting.
