GO Miami-Dade Transit Customer Insights

1. Second, this app does not let you play Spotify while it is open, which is probably a bug, but I listen to music while I walk to the train and it's frustrating to keep having interruptions to my music when I want to check the train time. The previous app showed the status of elevators, allowing disabled passengers to see which stations were out of service.

2. The people who made this app are jokes and obviously don't use the app. It's unbelievably slow that it's faster to navigate to the actual Miami-Dade transit website to get schedule info and submit feedback.

3. In transit, it must be simple and well organized or it causes people to miss their transportation while messing with a garbage app.Their interface needs a major upgrade.

4. Edit 3-Dec-21: Now it takes several minutes, if it does at all, to display my mobile school pass which is ridiculous. This was not an upgrade to the last app.

5. The music from all apps I use stops playing, it glitches often, and every time you close the app (not the window) it refreshes so you have to wait for the app to load up.

6. It lets you purchase a day pass yet when I tried to use it, I couldn't because I didn't have a physical transit card which are only sold in very few places.

7. First, I appreciated being able to see the real-time seconds of when a train is coming, and now that feature is gone.

8. There used to be a map feature where you could look at bus stops near you and it would display times for when buses would arrive, it was the most useful feature and now it's gone.

9. The double whammy is that it not only takes away your device's audio playback stream (the music you're listening to stops).

10. Also, the previous version allowed you to see more information on the screen, whereas the new version makes you have to scroll a lot more to see the same information.

11. The interface is also poorly designed; one can't even submit feedback or complaints through the app because the menu bar at the bottom of the app blocks the submission button.
