The only reason why it's not 5 star is that the information provided could be presented in a more accessible format i.e. presents a full build with the essential, situational, offensive and defensive items in a single page or before scrolling and then starts with another because as it is it's not easy to read in the middle of a game.

Also, some of the info could use question mark boxes to explain it since not everyone knows the terminology.Wrong information, It's not that kind of a big deal but, my account in League of legends "Virone4" was level 68-69(not sure) but when I searched it on this app its 57, I think its outdated or something please fix it.

3. going to the website through your phone browser is way better.Good app, but I wish there was a way to let us keep a saved copy of the information on a certain champion in league.

4. If it's possible to add a feature that let us download/save a copy of the information on a champ, that would be very good.I like the website, but the way it is designed as an app makes it less efficient to read or take information out of it.

5. i was fine with the lack of data displayed in comparison to the website, but then the data that is available (score cards), you have to watch adds to access more than 1 champ.

6. Having to watch a 30s Ad to be able to access a different champion is a terrible user experience, just let me pay 2$ for an ad free version... Other than that the app offers everything it promisesI don't know what's wrong with the app.

7. Edit: Now everything is locked in Korean! And there is no option to change the language setting...seems reasonable.App crashes and does not deliver any informations after the recent patch.

8. I cannot even sign up for an account.Great app that gives you most of the info you need.

1. Fix OP.GG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OP.GG: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OP.GG App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OP.GG" » Open OP.GG » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OP.GG » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OP.GG app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OP.GG servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OP.GG" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OP.GG app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OP.GG might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OP.GG. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OP.GG then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OP.GG not working

2. Fix OP.GG Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OP.GG be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OP.GG not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OP.GG may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
