Why should I report an Issue with My BGG - BoardGames Informatio?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Though whenever I try to log a play it gives me an error and whenever I update my collection/wishlist it doesn't save any of the changes once the app is closed.I've been using the previous Board Game Geek app for years with no major issues.

2. 2 My toal list is not being shown.. I have lets say 468 games, okay, but tells me its showing 422 of 468... Hello where did the other games go? 3 Plays will not save, eventough its says saved.

3. This new version has so much potential (and that is the reason for 2 stars rather than 1), but logging plays and doing other basic stuff that came so naturally and smoothly is so much more clunky than it was before.

4. Until more concerted effort is made to iron out those kinks and get that basic functionality back, please give me the old version back!Hate IT!!! 1 Hate the pictures of the games as my list, I'm a visual person but this it too much and distracting.

5. Inputting data is just generally worse; drop downs get in the way, team/color doesn't save options for each game, no rematch feature.

6. Now its seems a waste and I've missed plays.Kinda clunky and not very good for managing my collection and plays.

7. The app doesn't work well with bad internet and needs to be restarted when entering "good" internet to work with your personal lists but that doesn't bother me.

8. Also, super annoying video ads interspersed between navigating? I've never rated any app before because I just don't care, but this one is terrible...oh bgg..--11/1/21-- Login issue has been resolved with new update.

9. E.g. I tried to filter my games by number of players, and I wanted to play with 6.

10. Then the search game feature is less intuitive having to always go back to search new titles.

1. Fix My BGG Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My BGG: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My BGG App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My BGG" » Open My BGG - BoardGames Informatio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My BGG » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My BGG - BoardGames Informatio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My BGG servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My BGG - BoardGames Informatio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My BGG app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My BGG might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My BGG. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My BGG then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My BGG not working

2. Fix My BGG Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My BGG be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My BGG not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My BGG may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
