On the other hand their app usability is good but I think it could be better with regards to the video play, on the mobile app once I minimize or pause for a long time, it loses the place where i was last watching and restarts the video from the beginning instead of continuing from where I left off.I would really like to see support for offline video viewing (not only supporting material).

2. It's easy to complete LOS in short time while traveling.I have been using this app for few days and I found it very helpful for videos and especially the feature of watching any video in offline mode is excellent.

4. The lectures are very nicely put focused on main concepts.This app is sensational ..able to download vis for offline viewing...fast and easy to use.

9. Apart form these there are few stutters while using this app.Recently with the update I'm observing that the 1st lecture of every reading just stops streaming after 4 seconds.

1. Fix IFT CFA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IFT CFA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IFT CFA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IFT CFA" » Open IFT CFA® Exam Prep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IFT CFA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IFT CFA® Exam Prep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IFT CFA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IFT CFA® Exam Prep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IFT CFA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IFT CFA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IFT CFA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IFT CFA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IFT CFA not working

2. Fix IFT CFA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IFT CFA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IFT CFA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IFT CFA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
