1. beware!!!! they buy your item then when it gets delivered they complain to say they didn't receive the right item then keep the item and send something in its place and get their money backHorrible!!! Awful 😖!!!! I placed an order through Google Pay and Vestiaire canceled my order with no reason.

2. Just multiple 2 sentence messages saying "we need a few more days to sort it" the items been delivered! Terrible c/s, no answer, no payment.this site is horrible beware of the scammers not sure if there are actual buyers or the people in the company are the ones who steal your stuff.

3. VC says "we'll cancel the order automatically if the seller doesn't send by XXX" that date has come and passed and STILL no cancellation, no refund, and no item.

4. I went back and attempted the same order for the same item this time just using my credit card and the same thing happened.
