1. I never had my full 3 cards told to me even after asking 3 times for them! That isn't a reading, it's a SCAM!! What's the point of picking cards if you aren't told what they are? Isn't that the point of a reading? Save your money and time! DON'T use this app!This app is actually one that I like to use.
2. I have been having issues with the app as far as the "contact us" part for technical issues and customer service and it is making me lose money and credits.
3. I want ALL my money back!!!!! That was a complete waste of money and time and I'm not about that.
4. They start you out with 10 credits and you csn ask 1 question to any psychic that is available at the time and if your faorite one is busy you can immediately call them if you choose to do so.
5. Because seems like almost all psychics here like to take credits.. By sending short responses which i think are really not worth a credit.
6. I'd rather not post what I need help with on here.Hi. I purchased new credits but the responses were disappointing.
7. None of the psychics are in tune with situations and heavily use the cards, which is not always a good thing.
8. For year's I would talk to the physics until my cc kept getting charged for time I did not agree to.
9. This app is a money making scheme designed to draw out more money with very little results.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iPsychic Issues
1. Fix iPsychic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart iPsychic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the iPsychic App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iPsychic" » Open iPsychic : live psychic chat » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iPsychic » click "UPDATE".
- Clear iPsychic : live psychic chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iPsychic servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iPsychic : live psychic chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check iPsychic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iPsychic might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall iPsychic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iPsychic then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iPsychic not working
2. Fix iPsychic Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iPsychic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iPsychic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iPsychic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
