2. Waste of money buying a temp probe I can't use because the app is rubbish.I bought a Meat Champ wireless thermometer on AliExpress.

3. Worked briefly then has been unable to find the probe again despite trying everything to fix it.Probe links ok via bluetooth, but app crashes when trying to connect.

4. Please update app.Like some, I paired the probe with my phone.

5. If i put in any target for temperature i cant put phone and wait for notification it is constantly waking up screen its very annoying and battery consuming.

6. Bottom line, use the app to pair the probe, not your phone.

7. I had to force the app to close and restart the app for it to detect the probe successfully.

8. Meatmaster is the worst wireless probe/app and support.If I hadn't gotten this as a gift I would return it and spend on a better supported app.

9. Lesson learned.Very poor probe and app.

10. Removed the phone pairing and paired it WITH THE APP by clicking the upper right button of the app.

11. I know from experience that Amazon would have accepted the return of the thermometer for a full refund, but no such luck with AliExpress.

1. Fix Grill ProbeE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Grill ProbeE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Grill ProbeE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Grill ProbeE" » Open Grill ProbeE » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Grill ProbeE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Grill ProbeE app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Grill ProbeE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Grill ProbeE" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Grill ProbeE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Grill ProbeE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Grill ProbeE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Grill ProbeE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Grill ProbeE not working

2. Fix Grill ProbeE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Grill ProbeE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Grill ProbeE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Grill ProbeE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
