DICE Customer Insights

1. Needs improvement: [1] More closed captioning for events (and an obvious way to see if it is or isn't available for an event without contacting customer service) [2] An easy way to add artists of interest to follow without connecting to/using a spotify account/library.Was a decent app until I realized I couldn't send my ticket to other people.

2. I'm not sure why this was not made clear in the app or as a response to the many reviews saying the same issue.I will never support Spotify, having that as the ONLY option to scan for music makes this app useless for finding shows based on my music library, which is a massive bummer because I absolutely love everything else about the app...which I'll never be able to fully utilize due this restriction.Shot out to the customer service rep.

3. I love that you can return to waitlist a ticket to have a chance for a refund but also allows a chance for another fan.Waiting list feature didn't send me an app notification or a text, so I didn't learn I'd been offered an event ticket until after the hour had passed.

4. Fix: I found that if you Follow people in Account > + Friends, once they approve your friend request, then they show up as a contact for you to send tickets to.

5. Very annoying that you must add a phone number for someone you're transferring a ticket to, to your phone's contacts... no way to simply search by name or email for the person you're transferring to.

6. It seemed to connect Spotify, (claimed to be scanning library) nothing came of it however.I was forced to download this app so that I could go to a show I want to go to, no other way to get a ticket.

7. DICE relies on using email to resolve all issues, but doesn't have a way to deal with urgent issues (like same-day ticketing problems that need to be resolved immediately) via phone.

8. I'm trying to trade someone a ticket to one show for a ticket to another show and it has been needlessly complicated to the point where I'm providing app technical support.

9. The other person needs to create an account and then you need to follow each other to transfer tickets, but there is absolutely no helpful instructions for doing this.

10. My show is tonight and I have no way to access my tickets. This app was easy to use to watch a streamed event.

11. Secondly, even after granting permission, there is no way to send the ticket to a friend as it is only showing me a handful of contacts.
