EX Kernel Manager Customer Insights

1. Dev response was excellent, I'll drop a 5 star for that alone. The all feels unfinished overall... Since it was a paid app, I had high expectations from the start... However, many parts of the app are missing feature... For example, the memory usage area informs the user about the memory usage, however it doesn't give ANY option to see what is currently using the memory The CPU area of the app doesn't provide any information about CPU hotplugging options and simply informs the user that some settings may "change".

2. One of my favorite apps! Set you goveners for your CPU, have them apply on boot, there is a performance mode and a power saving mode, and the power saving mode can automatically turn on at 15% battery life! The power save mode can also turn off my mid and large cores , leaving only my small cores active, or underclock the CPU to half max! Saves loads of power and the system works fine.

3. Upon my device booting, there's never a status bar icon and notification panel post for EX Kernel Manager, indicating that it's indeed working in the background and what mode it's in (performance or powersave).

4. One thing that gets me though - using the Powersave and Performance modes I find doesn't change the clock speeds from their desired settings.

5. Please add the collapsible status bar notification back, or at least not to show the battery icon while keeping the battery monitor in notification drop-down.Great kernel management app.

6. I found the battery icon on the status bar really distracting and had to block EX Kernel Manager's notification to make it go away.

7. Very, very happy.Notification status not updating for battery drain also missing discharge rate.

8. Settings randomly change when opening the app after a while and on some items the "apply on boot" button even gets turned off.

9. Have you thought about clocking the video.I loved this app until last update, when the battery notification stopped to collapse.

10. EDIT: I'm happy to report that the freezing problems on my Pixel 3a have been 100% resolved with this kernel.

11. But now I can't see my battery stats in the notification drop-down anymore.
