Fiix CMMS Customer Insights

1. Can not display photos that were linked to work orders when they were created, so I have to go to an actual computer to get all the information I need.

2. Creating a work order on the fly shouldn't be this difficult... Adding parts doesn't filter by the BOM which is also frustrating.

3. And now it won't refresh unless I completely close out and reboot app.It works to see some information, but it could be more detailed, when you see the work order request you can't see the time where it was requested.

4. It eventually syncs new assets, work orders, and photos, but it takes a while.

5. Also, you should be able to access all history work orders and not just the last 50 records.

6. Now, there is no info, and the work orders just disappear without warning.

7. Also you can't close work orders with details the tasks done.

8. Also, uploading photos from the fiix app doesn't work.

9. So what is this, some kind of viewer? Like others have said, you need to fire whoever designed and approved this app.Crashes every time I try to do a parts search.

11. It has potential to be great but requires fresh ideas from the ones that use it on industrial daily task.I like the desktop web interface.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fiix CMMS Issues

1. Fix Fiix CMMS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fiix CMMS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fiix CMMS App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fiix CMMS" » Open Fiix CMMS » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fiix CMMS » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fiix CMMS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fiix CMMS servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fiix CMMS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fiix CMMS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fiix CMMS might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fiix CMMS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fiix CMMS then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fiix CMMS not working


2. Fix Fiix CMMS Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fiix CMMS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fiix CMMS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fiix CMMS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
