The offline mode is a welcome feature, although you need to make sure that work orders are assigned to you beforehand.Eliminating paperwork is the biggest pro of this app, work orders, purchase orders, assets, and locations are some of the features I use on a regular basis, loving the app so far.It's pretty a pretty user friendly app.
2. I wish I was high enough in the management chain to make it the app that we use at my day job, because it is so solid, so dependable & so easy to use! MaintainX is the best of its kind! I've been using software and apps to manage tasks, projects and calendars for well over 20 years & I've never found a system nearly as good as MaintainX, & I'm only using a free account.
3. It's super organized and shows everything in a calendar style which is SUPER helpful!! It also gives you reminders about when things are overdue! Highly recommend for any business.I work in commercial property management and this app keeps me organized.
4. This takes up a large amount of space and slows down your device.I have loved using this app for work! It's super helpful to see what needs to be done each shift as well as what we may need to prep for the next couple days.
5. I find ease moving thru the different options on jobs.I've been looking for a reasonably priced app that would let me track maintenance on my various vehicles and small mechanic jobs that would hold up close to the standard I was used to in aviation maintenance.
6. It seems useful if I ever expand to the point of having employees so you can coordinate with multiple people to get orders completed.This app is really good.
7. We are considering upgrading to use some of those features also.So I don't use this to it's full potential, but it's perfect for recording and making procedures for my small bath bomb and soap shop.
8. It'll also be useful as I expand, because it tracks inventory and work orders as well.
9. Well thought out, it doesn't try to do everything, but concentrates on work orders.
10. We like the convenience of not having to track down the maintenance guy when we need things done right away.
