SeriesFad Customer Insights

1. It is not user friendly, and constantly computing shows to update which freezes the app and slows your phone down.Haven't updated in a while but started having trouble getting shows to load and app kept crashing so I decided to update to 3.0. Now nothing will load.

2. Have not renewed my premium since the update because it simply isn't worth it anymore.Love the content, so far have every show I've been looking for ... Looking forward to a movie version... 11-27-20 Had to revise my review from 5stars to 2stars.

3. I officially give up and am beginning the tedious process of rebuilding my lists into TV Time.I didn't mind the change in how the episodes/shows are viewed but the app doesn't update any shows.

4. I had over 400 shows on my list so I'm guessing even if/when it does finally connect, I'm going to have the same problem as everyone else with slow load time.

5. If you have the ability to add new shows to the library i guess you better go extra mile and update the show to be useful 😉.

6. The 2nd issue is that I will have a series that will be completely watched, yet have a random show appear as not being watched. The update completely killed the grouping/ filter ability.

7. I am looking for a similar app to switch to, but switching will be difficult because SeriesFad will no longer even load a show's page to show me which episodes I've already seen.

8. Yet when I do an explore & spend a significant amount of time looking, I can find the shows in the app listed among the different categories.

9. So I will have to rely on memory, which was the whole purpose of using this app...to not have to keep track of everything mentally 🙃Used this app for years, but with the latest update it's so slow.

10. It took me awhile to do that because I really liked what you had before this last major update.I liked every aspect of this app; the layout, search functionality and the fact it is beautiful.

11. There are duplicates of shows, some that I can't remove others that have changed to get the wrong name or air date but the rest of the info is the same/ correct.
