Why should I report an Issue with Equalizer - Bass Boost?

1. It's all I've ever wanted.Disappointingly inconsistent function with LG V20 Android default music player when attached to headphones via jack.. Occasionally, the Bass Boost function is either grayed out or only allows its meter to max at the halfway mark.

2. Only downside is that it does not recognize the bass setting, it turn off by default when using the phone's speaker, and it will reset the level to 0.

3. This cannot be used for bluetooth headphones or speakers or car bluetooth.I was looking for bluetooth bass booster without headphone connection.

4. Also why do all these eqs have only 5 bands? Oh, and the so called reverb is absolutely pointless.Does what it says!! The free version is ok n works great, but its less than $2 n worth every penny.

5. Finally there is no widgets support.Very useful and awesome app! Only one thing I don't like is after some time if music doesn't play equalizer doesn't work too even if it is on.

6. Other apps avbl without purchase and works on all with or without headphones connection.

7. It get the job done, just use it to increase the bass for bluetooth earbuds and speaker.

8. Basically when I play with bass button the volume button disturb because of small gap between them.There should be gap between bass, volume and virtualizer.

9. Doesn't recall settings when switching on/off, so thats dumb, and the 'loudness' slider is way too close to the volume.

10. I use it to improve sound quality of Spotify and it works as expected.This works only when head phone connected.

1. Fix Equalizer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Equalizer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Equalizer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Equalizer" » Open Equalizer - Bass Boost » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Equalizer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Equalizer - Bass Boost app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Equalizer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Equalizer - Bass Boost" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Equalizer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Equalizer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Equalizer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Equalizer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Equalizer not working

2. Fix Equalizer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Equalizer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Equalizer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Equalizer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
