Why should I report an Issue with UAGC Talon Mobile?

1. The only thing it is good at is showing your grades fro your previous classes.There have been an update since November of 2022.

2. portals and log ins and links and multiple sources for communication leave you locked out and unable to find out what you need to do or even simply gain access.

3. The school changed logos and for the past month I been having troubles logging in everywhere.

1. Fix UAGC Talon Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UAGC Talon: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UAGC Talon App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UAGC Talon" » Open UAGC Talon Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UAGC Talon » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UAGC Talon Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UAGC Talon servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UAGC Talon Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UAGC Talon app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UAGC Talon might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UAGC Talon. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UAGC Talon then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UAGC Talon not working

2. Fix UAGC Talon Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UAGC Talon be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UAGC Talon not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UAGC Talon may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
