2. Update the Slow Motion Video App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Slow Motion Video" » Open Slow Motion Video - Trim & Cut video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Slow Motion Video » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Slow Motion Video - Trim & Cut video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Slow Motion Video servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Slow Motion Video - Trim & Cut video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Slow Motion Video app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Slow Motion Video might not work.
