1. 🕰️ Really sucks that this has been happening for a while (last few months), cause I've seen the potential this app has to make motion edits compared to After Effects, and considering I paid for a subscription this is concerning.. 👀So im using a Samsung Galaxy A50, and I started using AM after a couple months of capcut, but when I try to look at the preview of the edit, it's incredibly laggy and usually freezes while the audio goes on.

2. A while back there wasn't much ads and it wasn't as laggy, now it's got ads for exporting, opening the app, cresting a new file, and probably more! Also whenever I try to "tween" for animations, I constantly have to reopen the project because it freezes.. it also is horribly laggy so I have no idea if it's on best or not! :/I'm new to tweening and watched a tutorial that uses Alight Motion.

3. Ty for listening!It used to be really nice a couple of updates ago but recently it has been very laggy to the point where I can't watch my edit without it lagging so bad it distorts the audio.

I had to watch a million videos to finally understand everything but this became my most favorited editing app out there!It's really good for tweening experienced or not, but the box where you can see what you're doing gets really blurry and it's hard to see what you're doing editing or tweening alike.

5. It's very complicated at first but you can watch tutorials on Youtube, but the main review is I LOVE THIS! Doesn't kick me out, doesn't freeze, LOADS OF TEMPLATES, and tons and tons of things to do.

6. Sometimes the export doesn't work and even with the advice for the official help it doesn't work...The app is great, but I seriously can't put up with the ad that constantly pops up and crashes the app every time I open it or try to make a new canvas to work with.

7. I just hope it gets fixed very soon because I want to be able to at least use it.The app is really laggy as soon as you open it, the editor is no different.

8. I currently have almost two years of project files and I would hate to have to start over again.Everyone says the app is laggy and unusable and I agree.

9. I have to watch over 7 or 8 ads for it to maybe start exporting, and sometimes it will delete my work saying the file location was moved.

1. Fix Alight Motion Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alight Motion: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alight Motion App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alight Motion" » Open Alight Motion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alight Motion » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alight Motion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alight Motion servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alight Motion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alight Motion app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alight Motion might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alight Motion. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alight Motion then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alight Motion not working

2. Fix Alight Motion Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alight Motion be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alight Motion not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alight Motion may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
