1. It is also reflects on the services ELAL provides in general.you need to have an el al specific app to use the wifi, but you need wifi to install the app, so you just can't use the wifi unless you somehow knew this and ibstalled the app befote the flight.

2. The only good thing i can say about this app is that it was in a slightly better condition than the actual ElAl plane itself.Does not work on a Galaxy Tab !! So you have to match movies on your phone.

3. better just load movies before onbording a flight.Can get it only on my phone which means not comfortable experience.

4. This app has been in a databreach and I have no way to protect myself.Insulting to ELAL customers.

7. the app developers can remember the seconds where I am in the movie and at least when I open the app play fr that moment.

8. Very bad.Installing the app require agreement that the app will have access to all device history, location etc etc.

1. Fix DreamStream By EL AL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DreamStream By EL AL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DreamStream By EL AL App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DreamStream By EL AL" » Open DreamStream By EL AL » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DreamStream By EL AL » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DreamStream By EL AL app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DreamStream By EL AL servers.
