Why should I report an Issue with KYO. Mindful Moment.?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ky-o to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Please help Ky-o? UPDATE: I'm not getting all of my notifications still Ky-o and my app has been updated...?I love this app! Having a little message a few times a day to build my confidence is amazing.

2. :( Before: This app changed my life.... I've been on a journey of self discovery and self love and the messages at different intervals are so perfect to remind me of my goals.

3. That way nonbinary users don't have to specifically lie about their gender in order to use the app.I absolutly love this app! It has helped me in more ways then I ever thought an app could! I highly recommend this app to anyone that needs encouragement or motivational words in there life.

4. "Complaining, whining, moaning? That's so last season...drop it..." Last season? That's not something people trying to build self love should be worried about.

5. It doesn't matter what follows that statement, a self love app should be focusing on affirmations, not pointing out flaws.

6. If that's not doable, allowing the user to edit (or delete) existing affirmations and add new custom affirmations would allow users to fix this problem themselves.Love the app, and the reminders throughout the day.

7. One thing I would love to see in the future is the ability to add a few of my own affirmations in the mix along with the ones that you have chosen.

11. As others have said, this app really needs to be able to select male/female/nonbinary independently for the user's gender and the gender of the partner (or future partner).

1. Restart KYO. Mindful Moment.: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KYO. Mindful Moment. App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KYO. Mindful Moment." » Open KYO. Mindful Moment. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KYO. Mindful Moment. » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KYO. Mindful Moment. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KYO. Mindful Moment. servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KYO. Mindful Moment." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KYO. Mindful Moment. app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KYO. Mindful Moment. might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KYO. Mindful Moment.. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KYO. Mindful Moment. then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KYO. Mindful Moment. not working

2. Fix KYO. Mindful Moment. Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KYO. Mindful Moment. be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KYO. Mindful Moment. not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KYO. Mindful Moment. may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
