1. huge inconvenience ☹️😒it crashes very often, from both Samsung phone and ipad.but staff has been helpful to fix my problema within a reasonable amount of timeApp is only in Spanish once I signed up (downloaded in English within the UK), no option to change language.Love it, so easy to use and feels exciting getting emails through from guests RSVP's!Super helpful, I love the website so easy to use and lovely designskeeps stopping and saying page not found.

The site itself was far from user-friendly, for both us and our guests.The website and app wasn't always working, so I end up just telling my guest to either give us any gift they wanted or tranfer the money into our accounts however one guest didnt get the message and we got 70 euros as a wedding present through the website by the time I try to transfer the money to out bank account from the website we just got 15 euros! 😡They just take yor money so I wouldn't recommend this to anyone and Ihavr told my friends who are marrying soon to stay away from this app.

3. It has all basic functions you need, but definitely could benefit from couple of improvements such as being able to send notifications in multiple languages depending on the language spoken by the particular guest (there is an option to include the country on their profile, but it doesn't cause the notifications to be sent in their language)cumbersome and can't figure out if it wants me to log in using Facebook or my email.

4. just not very smooth UX in general (same as their online site) but it's the only platform that will allowed guests in different countries to use their native languageSeemed to constantly need to pay for premium and personal web domain (wedding had been postponed), when queried "aren't these one in the same?" I could not get a real response.

5. doesn't register the "enter" keyboard button as "go", which gets hidden under the keyboard when typing, so i have to click out then hit "go".

6. This on top of the spam/scam registrations (had tried not to overcomplicate things by needing emails prior).

7. I am organizing an international wedding and it was the only app that displayed in multiple languages.

8. Horrible!when you exit the page, the app resets and you have to repeat your ootions to get back to where you were.

1. Fix Zankyou Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Zankyou: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Zankyou App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zankyou" » Open Zankyou » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zankyou » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Zankyou app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zankyou servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zankyou" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Zankyou app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zankyou might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Zankyou. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zankyou then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zankyou not working

2. Fix Zankyou Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zankyou be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zankyou not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zankyou may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
