1. The call quality was totally fine and it just worked.There's is a bug in the application whenever the operator take the step of taking a photo of the passport, no audio or video reach the other partyThere is no words to describe how horrible this application is.
2. The app worked fine, however, the agent literally started almost screaming at me and hurrying me up because I couldn't properly hold my phone and passport IN THE EXACT SAME MOMENT he asked me to, I just asked for a moment to do it properly and he started treating me poorly.
3. - In my WiFi network I gave the phone permission to open Ports (just in case there were some weird ports used for connection) Maybe not all these adjustments are necessary, but after those I had no more issues with the App.The worst app and service ever.
