1. If It solves the problem I can edit and give this a (5) stars and also many people might give (5) stars as wellI used this app for a while and at first everything was fine but out of the blue at the last day of voting for kingdom my account logout automatically and after that I couldn't login at all! I try to login with twitter, Facebook and line but none of them worked; even I deleted the app and downloaded it again more than once but again it didn't work!Is this even an apk? I do not think so.
2. I installed this for the second time in hope that things have been fixed since the last time I gave up trying this app, but I guess no.I bought NCT Resonance Pt.2 (both Departure and Arrival versions), and immediately authenticated the purchase.
3. I had been in the same page for a long time and it keeps buffering for some reasons that you have to figure it out on how to keep log in all the time cause the notice always popped out everytime i'm trying to click.
4. Also, for one of the voting events, my fandom have been consistently buying tickets and watching numerous ads per day in order to vote.
5. Instead of happily voting for my favorite artists in "Kingdom: Legendary War", I ended up having a headache because of the frustation.I love it and It's a bit confusing.
6. No matter how much I reported / sending e-mails to the staffs, the issues aren't resolved at all; the albums still doesn't appear there.
7. Kingdom voting tickets only showed once when I had to vote two groups.
8. I am trying for days to login with naver and line but to no luck.
9. I have tried to log in with my twitter account, but everytime I finished tapping the terms of service and privacy policy, the app would say "Failed".
10. From last year to now I've had a great experience on voting idols and it went very easy for me.
11. As a independant reviewer, honestly, Whosfan needs to be updated and all the bugs and other minor/major issues must be solved.

- Uninstall and reinstall (Legacy)Whosfan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall (Legacy)Whosfan then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing (Legacy)Whosfan not working

I actually had an account in old whosfan using kakao.! For new whosfan also I had a new account using kakao.! I disconnected both accounts unknowingly for kakao.! So I can't use any account to whosfan.! But the most important is, I can't create a new account with kakao in whosfan as it says " can't log in. Account is being deleted" something like that.! I have a very important voting to do ! Please fix it fast !!!!!!! Thank you.!!

It's been almost a week since August 31, 2021 and the system is still error until now. I can't vote and claim the vote tickets to vote for the ATEEZ's song pre listening (round A) dan performance preview (round Z) that I like in the album ZERO : FEVER Part 3's (eternal sunshine or deja vu) events. What I can't access is not only that event, but other events as well (m countdown global pre voting and others). I can't touch any buttons in the apps, I can’t see the words and it doesn't appear (the screen becomes gray). I also can’t watch ad to get whosfan’s credits. I can’t do anything in whosfan app since August 31, 2021. I think it's because a lot of people are accessing it, so the server must be super busy or down for some moment. But, however, I still can't vote until this second. I already installed the lastest version but it’s still the same. I’ve complained once and it’s still the same. In fact, my friend was able to choose (at first she also can't) and my other friend's whosfan worked normally without any problem. I hope whosfan's team would able to help me solve my problem, so I can join whosfan's events normally without any problem. Thank you so much for your help….

I wanted to vote for the birthday add, i already convert my credits into voting tickets. Currently have 15 tickets now. But every time I want to vote, the app keeps saying that I do not have enough tickets. I updated the app, still the same problem. I cant vote at all. Please fix this as soon as possible. I am afraid that I still cannot vote when Kingdom voting starts. At this point, I am begging you to please fix the app.
