1. Unacceptable for meTypically I handle e-shop activities via websites, but this app is exceptionally good – I appreciate it!There are times where it once in a while freezes real hard, doesn't let me order my products but that isn't really problem.

2. I'm getting a message "Error occured, please try again later" which is totally unhelpful and cannot proceed with my purchase.I will give you zero, I tried to reset my password because I wanted to return some goods.

3. Other than that, it's good application for good company with quality servicesSort of works, but some advertised features simply do not exist.

4. What is for me problem is any bar in search where you can't just drag and push to select the range you want, but you need to tap it bit by bit, kinda leaves me with less than ideal feeling.

7. If I were to change one thing, it would be this: translate the app! not all of us can speak Czech, and that's the one thing that causes me trouble with it.

1. Fix Alza Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alza: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alza App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alza" » Open Alza » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alza » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alza app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alza servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alza" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alza app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alza might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alza. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alza then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alza not working

2. Fix Alza Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alza be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alza not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alza may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
