1. The only thing worse than this app is the highway patrol that left a road open for someone to risk their life on.Downloaded recent version of app on new phone, now I can't change what I see on display, such as weather stations, cameras, etc.

2. It's not quite as user friendly as the last version was... Unless I'm just not able to find a way to actually exit the app.Great service for checking travel conditions.

3. It told me that the road conditions were great, when they were in fact black ice and fog so thick you could barely see 2 to 3 car lengths.

1. Fix Idaho 511 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Idaho 511: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Idaho 511 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Idaho 511" » Open Idaho 511 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Idaho 511 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Idaho 511 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Idaho 511 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Idaho 511" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Idaho 511 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Idaho 511 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Idaho 511. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Idaho 511 then reinstall.
