About 3+ PRO

1. Customizable Watch Face: Select photos from your phone album or select various watch faces from the App. 3Plus ensures that the information being collected below will not be used for any other purpose other than providing services and maintaining device functionalities.

2. Access to cell phone call log is to ensure the watch will be able to show incoming calls.

3. Access to cell phone contacts is to ensure the watch will be able to show the caller ID.

4. Access to photo album, media content, and files are to ensure that the images, videos and other data can be displayed on the App.

3+ PRO Customer Insights

1. But if I can't get calls, or it only vibrates texts instead of makes sounds - what's the point? But anyway, like I said, as far as fitness tracking it's good.I want to give it a 2 because once Daylight Saving Time happened, my watch and app would NOT connect! The arrows just kept spinning and the "Connecting" bar was all red with an exclamation point but there was no clicking on it to find out why it wouldn't connect.

2. I wish there was a troubleshooting menu in the app for each option the watch offerslove the watch and the app, I just wish there was an option to download the health data that's tracked by the watch so you could transfer everything to a different health tracking app instead of how it is now.

3. Something changed there must have been an update because it didn't do this before.Love the different faces and personal photo face option, and glad I can track my heart with my condition BUT, I hate the weather feature, it doesn't track/refresh on its own without refreshing the app and it not very accurate but it's semi close give or take 5 degrees and use your imagination to make the clouds that aren't there.

4. I really don't want to go through the hassle of having to uninstall and installing and pairing again.The app and watch (3+ Vibe Pro) have been great so far, the one issue is I can't get the altimeter to give an accurate reading.

5. I have to reset the watch in order to get it to connect every time I put it on the charger so I lose all of my data anytime I needed charged.

6. When it was updated last month or so, all the problems I was having with the time being wrong, not getting my calls or messages on my watch, all got fixed.

7. It is a Vibe Lite watch.I accidentally turned off my bluetooth, which caused a disconnection of my phone to my 3+pro watch and it will not reconnect.

8. I have two different accounts it won't connect to the watch, what is the point of it if you can't have the data.

9. I can't send a text from the watch, it won't even open the texting option.

10. I also can't get the compass to calibrate but I haven't actually checked the manual for info on that yet and that is a watch issue.

11. Can't do anything from the watch except tell the time and date, and check my pulse and 02.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix 3+ PRO Issues

1. Fix 3+ PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart 3+ PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the 3+ PRO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3+ PRO" » Open 3+ PRO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3+ PRO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear 3+ PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3+ PRO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3+ PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check 3+ PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3+ PRO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall 3+ PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3+ PRO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 3+ PRO not working


2. Fix 3+ PRO Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 3+ PRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 3+ PRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 3+ PRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
